An easy-to-use paste made from a perfect blend of spices to create the delicious traditional flavours of ambulthiyal at home.
INGREDIENTS: Spices & Herbs (Garcinia, Pepper, Tamarind, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Clove, Curry Leaves, Fennel, Fenugreek, Mustard, Cinnamon, Lemon Grass, Screw Pine, Cardamom)
Ingredients - 400g cubed fish (preferably tuna), 50g MA’s Ambulthiyal Paste, 40ml water
1. Marinate fish in the MA’s Ambulthiyal Paste and water.
2. Place fish in a clay pot and cook until the liquid has reduced, alternatively place on a tray and bake in an oven.
