Ambulthiyal

Ingredients
400g cubed fish (preferably tuna) 
75g MA'S Ambulthiyal Paste
40ml water
 
Instructions 
Step 1
Marinate fish in the MA'S Ambulthiyal Paste and water. 
Step 2
Place fish in a clay pot and cook until the liquid has reduced, alternatively place on a tray and bake in an oven for 180°C 30 minutes.
 
Tip
Fish can be substituted with meat or seafood.
