Cashew & Pea Curry

2 tbls oil
250g cashews
150g peas
1 onion, sliced
2 tsp curry leaves

200ml MA’S Classic Coconut Milk
100ml water
1 tsp MA’S Vegetable Curry Paste
Salt to taste

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and fry the curry leaves and onion.

Step 2

Add the cashews and peas and sauté for 1 minute.

Step 3

Mix in a bowl the curry paste, coconut milk and water and add to
the pan.

Step 4

Simmer for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Add salt to taste and serve.
