2 tbls oil
1 onion, sliced
2 tsp curry leaves
200ml MA's Coconut Milk
1 tsp MA's Vegetable Kirata Mix
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan and fry the curry leaves and onion.
Add the cashews and peas and sauté for 1 minute.
