Ingredients

  • 300g Fish
  • 75g MA’s Kitchen Jaffna Curry Paste
  • 1 tbsp oil/ Ghee
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 200ml MA’s Kitchen Coconut Milk
  • 100ml Water

 

 

Cooking Steps

  1. Marinate fish in the MA’s Jaffna Curry Paste.
  2. Heat oil /ghee in a pan.
  3. Sauté onions until soft.
  4. Add the fish and sauté for a few minutes.
  5. Add the MA’s Kitchen Coconut Milk and water. Mix well.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer until cooked through.
  7. Adjust the salt to taste and serve.
