Black Pork Curry is a bold, richly spiced Sri Lankan dry curry where tender cubes of pork are slow-cooked in MA's Kitchen Black Pork Curry Paste - a deeply aromatic blend of spices that gives the dish its signature dark colour and intense, slightly rich depth.

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless pork, cubed
  • 75g MA’s Kitchen Black Pork Curry Paste
  • 500ml Water
  • 300g Onions

 

 

Cooking Steps:

  1. Add MA's Kitchen Black Pork Curry Paste, Pork cubes, and water into a pan and mix well, bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce to a simmer and cook until the meat is well-cooked and the fat begins to melt. This usually takes about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size of the cubed meat.
  3. This curry tastes best when the liquid has reduced.
