IN THE PACK

  • 1 Laksa Seasoning Paste
  • 400ml MA's Kitchen Coconut Milk
  • 1 Stick Noodles packet

 

Ingredients

  • 500ml water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200g thinly sliced chicken/raw prawns/tofu
  • 1 cup bean sprouts

 

 

Cooking Steps

  1. In a saucepan, boil 1L of water & cook the noodles for 5-7 minutes or until soft. Drain the noodles and put them aside.
  2. In a saucepan, add the laksa seasoning paste and coconut milk and bring it to a boil. Stir in the water and when boiling, drop in the sliced chicken or prawns.
  3. Once it begins to boil, reduce the heat to a simmer. Adjust the salt & use lime juice/sugar/fish sauce to balance the taste to your preference.
  4. To serve, divide the noodles equally into 4 bowls and ladle the laksa over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with bean sprouts, garnish with fried onions & coriander. Serve with a lime wedge & egg.
