IN THE PACK

  • 250g of Noodles
  • Pad Thai Sauce Sachet

 

Ingredient

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200g Prawns/Chicken/Tofu
  • 4 tbsp Green Onion, chopped
  • 50g Carrot, finely julienned
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten

 

Cooking Steps

  1. Boil water & cook the noodles for 5-7 minutes or until soft. Drain the noodles and put them aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok/ pan and add 1 tbsp of sauce from the pad Thai sauce sachet.
  3. Add a choice of prawns/chicken/tofu. If you like you can have a combination of these. Add egg and mix. Continue to sauté until cooked.
  4. Add vegetables and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add pad Thai sauce and noodles. Toss until evenly mixed through, adjust salt to taste.
  6. Serve hot, sprinkled with fried shallots, crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, and a lime wedge.
