Ingredients

1 can Condensed Milk (390g - 400g)

1 Cup Sugar

½ Cup Peanut Butter (Crunchy)

2 tbsp Butter

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

½ tsp Cardamom Powder

¼ cup Roasted Peanuts (Optional – top garnishing)

¼ cup Water

Cooking Steps

1. Before turning on the stove, grease a flat tray or a glass dish with plenty of butter.

2. In a heavy-bottomed non-stick pan, combine the condensed milk, sugar, and water. Stir over medium-low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.

3. Add the butter and peanut butter. Keep stirring constantly.

4. When the mixture starts to bubble vigorously and feels heavy to stir, add vanilla, and cardamom.

5. Pour the mixture onto a greased tray. Smooth the top with the back of a buttered spoon or a piece of parchment paper.

6. Add roasted peanuts to the top.

7. Use a buttered knife to score the cutting lines while it is still warm and soft. Once it fully cools, snap them into squares.
