1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water or milk
1 medium ripe banana, mashed or sliced
1-2 tablespoons New Beginnings Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 - 1 tablespoon treacle, honey, or kithul pani (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
A pinch of salt
