Ingredients

  • 2 Pepper Valley Pol Roti
  • 2-3 Pepper Valley Sausages
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Oil or Butter (for frying the egg)

 

 

Cooking Steps

1. Place the Pol Roti into a pop-up toaster. Use a medium setting and toast until the edges are golden and crisp.

2. While the roti toasts, pan-fry the PV sausages until browned. In the same pan, fry the egg (sunny side up or over-easy).

3. Place the toasted roti on a plate with the sausages and egg.
