Tandoori Chicken

This recipe takes you on a journey of aromatic spices and tender chicken. Marinated in a yogurt-based sauce infused with warming spices, the chicken is then cooked to juicy perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 200g Curd
  • 2 tbsp MA’s Kitchen Tandoori Masala

 

Cooking Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk curd and tandoori masala powder together, and add the chicken pieces and ensure they are well coated.
  2. Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). If you have a grill function, preheat that as well.
  3. Sprinkle with lime juice and serve.

 

 

Cooking Options:

  1. Oven Method: Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with a little oil (optional) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and the juices run clear when pierced with a skewer. For a deeper color, switch to the grill setting for the last few minutes.

     

  2. Grill Method: Lightly oil a grill pan or outdoor grill. Place the chicken pieces on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Brush with additional marinade or tandoori masala powder during the last few minutes for extra tandoori flavor (optional).
