Thai Green Chicken Curry is a fragrant, coconut-based Thai dish made by simmering tender slices of chicken and vibrant mixed vegetables in a rich, aromatic sauce. This recipe uses MA's Kitchen Thai Green Curry Paste and MA's Kitchen Coconut Milk to deliver layers of herbal depth, gentle heat, and a creamy, velvety finish.

Ingredients:

  • 75g MA’s Kitchen Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 300ml water
  • 300ml MA’s Kitchen Coconut Milk
  • 300g Boneless chicken, thinly sliced
  • 300g Mixed vegetables (such as zucchini, pak choy, mushrooms, eggplant)
  • 2-3 Green chillies sliced

 

 

Cooking Steps:

1. Heat MA’s Kitchen Thai Green Curry Paste in a pan. Add water and 150ml MA's Kitchen Coconut milk and bring to a boil.

2. Add chicken and vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.

3. Reduce heat and add remaining coconut milk. Simmer until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.

4. Add green chillies & adjust salt before serving.
