400g fish, sliced
60g MA’s Kerala Fish Masala Curry Paste
1 tbls ghee
50g onion, sliced
2 green chilies, chopped
1/2 cup (125g) curd
1/4 cup water
1. Marinate the fish in the Kerala Masala Paste.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and saute the onions and green chilles.
3. Add marinated fish and saute for 3 minutes.
4. Add curd and mix for 1 minute.
5. Add water; simmer until cooked through.
Note: Add extra water to adjust the gravy and consistency.
