275g prawns, cleaned (approximately 8)
25g MA’s Hot Curry Paste
1 tbls oil
200ml MA’s Coconut milk
1 large onion, sliced
Sprig of curry leaf
2 dry chillies, chopped
1. Mix curry paste with prawns and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil and sauté curry leaf and chilli and then add the onions & sauté until soft.
3. Add the marinated prawns and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add the coconut milk and simmer for 2 minutes or until the prawns are cooked.
5. Adjust salt and serve.
