Spice Marinated Paneer

200g paneer, cubed
2 bell peppers
3 onions
 
Marinade
1 tbls desiccated coconut
2 tbls MA’s Coconut Milk 
1 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste
½ tsp MA’s Ginger Paste
1 green chilli 
¾ tsp MA’s Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Salt

Step 1

Place all marinade ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. 

Step 2

In a bowl mix marinade with cubed paneer, marinate in the refrigerate for 2 hours (Leave overnight for a more flavourful taste.) 

Step 3

Thread paneer onto a skewer alternatively with a wedge of onion and green bell pepper. 

Step 4

Ask an adult to help you to heat the skewers on a hot grill until slightly char 
grilled.
 

Tip – When refrigerating the marinating paneer, use a plastic wrap, or save the environment and put into a reusable sealed container, to prevent all the lovely marinade flavours permeating through the other foods in the refrigerator.
