Teriyaki chicken stir-fry

1 tbls oil
1 large onion, cut into wedges
½ tsp MA’s Garlic Paste 
½ tsp MA’s Ginger Paste
500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 small red bell pepper, sliced (or green/yellow)
30ml Dad’s Garden Teriyaki Sauce 
1 tbls Soy sauce 
Salt to taste

Step 1

Heat oil in a saucepan over high heat. Add onion, garlic paste and ginger
paste. Cook for 1 minute. 

Step 2

Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown.

Step 3

Add capsicum, add Dad’s Garden Teriyaki Sauce and soy sauce. Stir-fry 2 minutes or until sauce is hot and chicken is cooked through.

Step 4

Serve warm with rice.

*Also tastes great with carrots, pak choy, mushrooms or broccoli.
 
*You can also use this stir-fry as a filling for wraps, sandwiches or even on pizzas.
