Ingredients
350g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 tbls oil
4 tbls MA’s Kitchen Thai Green Curry Paste or MA’s Happy Life Kitchen Organic Green Curry Paste
300ml MA’s Kitchen Classic Coconut milk
100ml water
1 bunch of basil leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and gently fry the curry paste until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the water and coconut milk and mix well.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Stir through the basil leaves.And remove from the heat.
Step 5
Serve hot.
Tips
Tastes great with eggplant and peas as well!
